The netPark Revenue Management System was developed to address the unique needs of a busy 2,500-space parking operation that existing management products could not fulfill. Driven by a commitment to enhance efficiency through software, we invested the necessary financial and human resources to create our own point-of-sale and revenue control system. Led by Jon Schmidt, a skilled manager with technological expertise, and supported by feedback from over 100 employees across the company, we leveraged our collective 100+ years of parking experience to design a groundbreaking web-based system that effectively tackled the challenges of parking operations.

In July 2019, netPark Software was acquired by Fullsteam, a prominent software and payments company based in Auburn, Alabama. Fullsteam specializes in acquiring businesses and providing them with streamlined payment infrastructure and operational support to foster growth and boost profitability. The company is actively pursuing further acquisitions across various software sectors.

In 2024, Fullsteam appointed Nicolle Judge as the Vertical President to guide netPark Software’s future growth and development.
